Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Cashfree. Refund eligibility depends on the plan/product terms shown at checkout and administrator approval.

Digital Courses

Because course access is digital, refunds may be restricted once access has been activated. Duplicate or failed transactions can be reviewed using the transaction ID.

Products

Physical or downloadable product refunds depend on order status, delivery status and product condition.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original Cashfree transaction or wallet credit where applicable.
